For this project, I designed and built a clean, static portfolio website for the young painter Yann Struyf. The goal was to create a minimal and distraction-free platform that keeps the focus entirely on his artwork. The site was developed using HTML, CSS, and a bit of JavaScript, with UIkit as a lightweight framework to support the layout and styling.

A small interactive touch was added to make the homepage more dynamic: each time the page is refreshed, a random artwork appears as the main image. This subtle feature gives returning visitors a slightly different experience every time.

The website is fully responsive and adapts smoothly to any device. While the design itself is intentionally simple, the biggest challenge lay in improving SEO performance, which is still being refined to help the site reach a broader audience.
